SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT POLICY
ClearVu ReNu Shipping Partners:
ClearVu ReNu works through a third-party shipping extension to process all shipping requirements. The primary shipping partners used are USPS and UPS. Other shipping options are considered upon request.
Order processing time:
Orders will be processed 24-48 hours after they have been placed. Consumers will receive a tracking number via text/email once the shipping label has been printed. Orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days after they have been processed.
Domestic and international shipping options:
ClearVu ReNu currently only offers domestic shipping to its consumers. *Local customers near Central Virginia may be eligible for local pick-up/drop-off.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs vary, depending on distance, packaging weight, priority level of shipment and carrier. A shipping cost will be calculated and charged at check-out if the customer decides to go with that option. *Customers are responsible for all shipping charges/fees/taxes that may occur.
Returns, changes and cancellations:
ClearVu ReNu does not accept any returns or cancellations on non-damaged items. Any items damaged may be eligible for an exchange. A photo of the damaged unopened packaging will be required to begin this process. The consumer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of damaged items. ClearVu ReNu recommends that you contact your shipping provider to discuss your damaged products. (For more information regarding returns, please visit our return policy under the “Policies” tab.)
Potential service interruptions:
In the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as, but not limited to: (snow, ice, tornado, earthquake, flooding etc.), orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of the shipping carriers’ control. The length of time it will take for the order to arrive will depend on the carriers’ ability to resume normal operations.
